Haggman has unveiled ads for Women & Infants’ and Kent hospitals, both units of Care New England.

The ads are the Providence, R.I., client’s first paid media efforts in two years and introduce the tagline, “We touch your life, like no one else.” The budget is $2-3 million.

“It’s an awareness campaign designed to convey the incredible expertise that is right in the Providence area,” said Emily Haggman, executive vice president of the Manchester, Mass.-based agency.
