Ground Zero has appointed Nicole Scandaliato associate media director, a new position. She will manage media planning on Waterpik Technologies and the California Department of Health Services Tobacco Control program. Scandaliato, 33, joins Ground Zero in Marina del Rey, Calif., from crosstown shop Deutsch/LA. During her six years at Deutsch, she worked on Baskin Robbins, Bank of America and, most recently, Mitsubishi.
