Griffith Joins McKinney

McKinney + Silver has appointed David Griffith associate director of account planning. He will work with Andrew Delbridge, director of account planning, and Jeremy Holden, associate director, on the Raleigh, N.C., shop's Audi of America, Nasdaq, Lands' End and First Citizens Bank accounts. Previously, Griffith was senior vice president and director of brand planning at Y&R Co. in Irvine, Calif. His resume also includes stops at TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York, Rubin Postaer in Santa Monica, Calif., and The Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C., where he worked with clients such as Sony, Taco Bell, Jaguar, Land Rover and Nissan. Griffith said that in his new post he looks forward to developing "creative that gets talked about." He added that he was drawn to McKinney because of its belief in a "collaborative process."
