NEW YORK — Grey has landed creative, media and direct marketing duties for Allegan’s Botox account, with billings of $40-50 million, the agency said. The product just received FDA approval to cosmetically treat wrinkled skin, and Grey is its first-time ad agency.

Grey in New York and its media arm, MediaCom, will handle creative and media duties, respectively. Grey Healthcare will do direct and interactive marketing for Botox.

In a statement, Grey Global Group chairman, president and CEO Ed Meyer said, ” We’re delighted to include the Botox cosmetic win as yet another example of Grey’s synchronized marketing capabilities.
