CHICAGO The Illinois Department of Transportation has tapped grant-jacoby to handle a $4 million advertising and promotions campaign touting traffic safety. The win came after a review involving 14 agencies, the shop said.

The IDOT assignment, which will include creative and media duties, will focus on seat belt enforcement and drunk driving awareness.

“We’re excited to be part of such an important campaign,” said grant-jacoby CEO Andrea Murphy in a statement. “Our team’s experience and capabilities will marry great creative with impactful messages.”
