NEW YORK Goodyear said it has eliminated Havas’ Euro RSCG from contention for creative duties on its U.S. account, and will hold another round between the other two finalists: Interpublic Group’s McCann Erickson and Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi. Estimated billings are $40 million.

“We are still formulating the next step in terms of presentations. A decision will now be made in January. We still have some issues to re-address with both of those agencies,” a company representative said on Friday.
