LONDON - Female lobbyists outraged at the Lowe Howard-Spink U.K. campaign for Vauxhall's new Corsa car have won a concession from the agency. Ads featuring supermodel Naomi Campbell in faintly Nazi-ish, S&M attire will now be restricted to TV air time after 9 p.m. The group, Campaign Against Pornography, picketed the agency's offices last week with placards dubbing the shop 'Lowe Howard-Stink.'
