With Hispanic duties making up nearly 75 percent of its multicultural business, New York-based GlobalWorks Group has formed a unit dedicated to marketing to Hispanics. HispanicWorks will be led by William Ortiz, most recently vp, diverse markets at JPMorgan Chase. Before that, Ortiz was svp, account director at WPP Group's Hispanic unit, The Bravo Group.
