Gill Named to Head Pile Recruitment

Pile and Co. has promoted Matt Gill to head both its executive search group and the Communications Collaborative, the consultancy’s marketing employment unit. As a senior vice president, Gill, 33, will be responsible for continuing to grow the search group’s national presence, while expanding the collaborative’s temporary staffing capabilities. He had been a managing director. Boston-based Pile helps advertisers find the right agency partners and staffing resources, while ensuring that the relationships are long lasting and mutually beneficial.
