Bohan has added two staff members. Tom Gibney has been installed as director of broadcast production. Prior to joining the Nashville, Tenn., shop, he was owner and executive producer of Departure Point Productions, a commercial film production company. Gregg Boling has been hired as associate creative director. He has more than 20 years of experience in the advertising industry and has worked for Tennessee agencies such as The Buntin Group; Dye, Van Mol & Lawrence; and Chuck Creasy Creative.
