BOSTON–General DataComm in Middlebury, Conn., changed shops last week, assigning creative duties to Partners & Simons in Boston, and media planning and buying to Freelance Media Services of Topsfield, Mass.





KHJ Integrated Marketing in Boston had handled both creative and media responsibilities for the past several years. There was no formal review for the business.





Partners & Simons official Gib Trub estimated annual account billings in the low seven figures.





The change in shops was not based on ‘anything KHJ did do or did not do.
