As Bill Bradley moved closer to declaring a run for the presidency last week, a team of advertising executives involved in the effort unveiled their first work: a Web site featuring a mock political button labeled “Bradley 2000.”
The team is led by Young & Rubicam Inc. chairman emeritus Alex Kroll [Adweek, Nov. 30] and former Y&R and Wunderman Cato Johnson veteran Mike Becker. It has met eight times under the code name “The Crystal Project,” sources said.
Participants include Richard Kirshenbaum, Linda Kaplan Thaler, Mark DiMassimo, Frank DeVito, Caroline Jones, Alan Kaye and Bradley himself.
