DALLAS--TGI Friday's narrowed its search to four finalists Monday, sources said.
Among those continuing in the pitch for the $40 million account are Deutsch/LA, Marina del Rey, Calif.; McCann-Erickson, New York; and TBWA\Chiat\Day, Playa del Rey, Calif.; as well as incumbent Publicis in Mid-America, Dallas.
Approximately seven other agencies contacted by Friday's did not advance, including Fallon, Minneapolis; Kirshenbaum Bond Creative Network, New York; and The Martin Agency, Richmond, Va. The Dallas based-based casual dining chain plans to make a selection in December. Consultancy Select Resources International, which is managing the review, could not be reached for comment.
