WICHITA, KAN. – Fourth Financial Corp. here, which is consolidating its ad business with one agency for the company’s Bank IV subsidiaries, is talking to four agencies, including its two incumbent agencies. Kansas City agencies Bernstein-Rein and Valentine-Radford, along with Wichita agency Sullivan Higdon & Sink, have been asked to pitch the business. Fourth’s agencies, Lida Advertising, Wichita, and Littlefield Marketing & Advertising, Tulsa, Okla., will automatically make it to the final round sometime later this month.
