TULSA – Incumbents Littlefield Marketing & Advertising/Tulsa, Okla., and Lida Advertising/Wichita, Kan., were left behind in a review for Wichita-based Fourth Financial Corp.’s estimated $6-million account. The business was awarded to Wichita shop Sullivan Higdon & Sink last week. Other contenders were Kansas City shops Valentine-Radford and Bernstein-Rein. Fourth Financial owns and operates Bank IV Kansas and Bank IV Oklahoma.
