CHICAGO-Two years after selling their shop, Keroff & Rosenberg, to Pittsburgh-based MARC USA, Chas Rosenberg and Bill Keroff are leaving the agency in the hands of a second generation of management.

Taking over as president of the 30-year-old business, now called K&R/MARC, is Gary Young, previously director of client services. Chief creative officer Bill Brichta will join Young in running the agency. Keroff and Rosenberg, who were principals at the shop, will retire at the end of the year.
