Kovel/Fuller has hired Julie Foster as associate media director, a new position. Foster, along with agency svp, media director Jill Marx, will head up the Culver City, Calif., agency’s team of media planners, buyers and researchers. Foster’s agency background includes stints at davidandgoliath, Deutsch, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ketchum Advertising, where she developed plans for Kia, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Acura, respectively. She also has youth marketing experience, having held a sales position at music magazine Revolution.
