NEW YORK CMS Partners, a newly created Hispanic ad agency here, begins operations today, the shop said.

The new agency is co-owned by Fernando Fernandez and Gloria Constanza, both former executives of The Bravo Group in New York.

Fernandez left The Bravo Group last May after spending 12 years at the agency. Most recently, he was senior vice president and general manager at New York-based Mosaica, a sister agency of Young & Rubicam’s The Bravo Group.
