Paula Forman, president of Wells BDDP, left the agency on Friday.
Wells chief executive Frank Assumma said Forman resigned and that she had “made many important contributions to the agency.” Forman’s immediate plans are unclear.
Wells moved quickly to replace her, naming Bill Perkins, executive vice president, business development. Forman declined comment; Perkins did not return calls.
Forman came to Wells as executive vice president, managing partner in 1994, from Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising here. She had been Saatchi’s key contact with Procter & Gamble for 10 years.
