Jon Ettinger has advanced to managing director of FilmCore Editorial. Ettinger, an executive producer in the Bay Area for the past 12 years, will oversee operations in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Calif., and New York. He succeeds Steve McCoy, FilmCore’s now retired co-founder, and will work in tandem with executive producers Andrew Linsk and Scott Friske in New York and Santa Monica. Ettinger joined FilmCore in 1995. Previously, he was a producer at Good Pictures, San Francisco, after beginning his career with Grey Advertising, New York.
