NEW YORK Fallon garnered 11 finalist nominations for the 2003 FCS Portfolio Awards, the most of any agency, the Financial Communications Society said.

Ads by the Minneapolis-based shop for Citigroup, including “Something Without a Head” and “Impulsive Side,” were named finalists in the consumer retail print, television, multimedia and corporate image out-of-home categories.

FCS, a New York nonprofit organization established to promote professional standards in financial communications, has given out its Portfolio Awards for eight years. The awards recognize creative excellence by advertisers and agencies.
