CHICAGO — A temporary restraining order that bars four Foote, Cone & Belding employees from having anything to do with Coca-Cola’s Dasani water account was granted on Friday by a Cook County Circuit Judge.
The order had been requested by Pepsi, which argued that trade secrets were in jeopardy now that FCB Chicago is set to take over the Dasani account. Pepsi filed suit to stop a meeting that involved the four FCB employees that had worked on Aquafina from meeting with Coke on Dasani last week.
