HealthStar Advertising in Woodbridge, N.J., has hired Maria Fasulo as executive vice president, director of client services. Fasulo will manage client functions at the agency and play a role in new business efforts. She most recently served as director of client services at Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift in New York, where she oversaw the Pfizer business. Fasulo also spent eight years at KPR, where she was responsible for handling brands including Johnson & Johnson’s Duragesic and Risperdal, as well as launching Ketek for Aventis.
