DALLAS Blank Slate Advertising has been awarded the advertising account of the North Richland Hills Family Water Park, the shop said.

The Dallas agency won the municipally owned water park in a review against three finalists, according to shop president Kent Johnson. Contenders included incumbent Todd Company of Arlington, Texas; The LaChapelle Agency in Bedford, Texas; and St. Louis-based Kochan & Company Advertising and Marketing.

Blank Slate is charged with developing a new strategy that will increase attendance and tap into the water park’s target audience more broadly, Johnson said.
