Mary Van Note, the No. 2 account planner at Fallon Minneapolis, has left the agency to join crosstown shop Martin/Williams.

Van Note will become one of three group account planners at the $330 million shop, joining Lynn Franz and Cindy Lord.

All three will report to director of account planning Liz Bielinska. Bielinska joined the shop in 1998 with the mission to beef up the planning department.

“[Van Note] represents a significant step in building the account planning department,” Bielinska said.
