Fallon Vet Joins Cramer-Krasselt as CD

CHICAGO Cramer-Krasselt has hired Fallon veteran Tom Lichtenheld as a creative director. His initial assignment will be to oversee creative on the Chicago shop’s Hyatt business, said executive creative director Marshall Ross.

Lichtenheld becomes the agency’s second creative director, joining John Carstens, who with Ross had overseen Hyatt creative. Group creative director Scott Wild and several associate creative directors also have direct client relationships for the agency.

Lichtenheld previously worked at Publicis Groupe’s Fallon for more than 16 years on brands such as Porsche, BMW and United Airlines.
