NEW YORK – As in years past, Fallon McElligott/Minneapolis was awarded the highest number of One Show ‘Pencils’ last week. The agency won 10 trophies from an international field of more than 13,000 entries. Other Midwest winners were DDB Needham Chicago with four Pencils; Martin/Williams, Minneapolis, with three Pencils; and Carmichael Lynch and Clarity Coverdale Rueff, both Minneapolis, with one Pencil. Best of Show went to Streetsmart Advertising/N.Y. for a public service/political TV spot created for the Coalition for the Homeless.
