Fallon Worldwide is forming a new brand consulting unit that will focus on strategies for “new and emerging brands,” according to the company’s Web site.

The unit, called Fallon Brand Consulting, will be headed by Bruce Tait, managing partner and chief strategic officer, and Dodie Subler, managing partner and chief operating officer.

According to the Web site, the division will apply “consumer-led insights, actionable methodologies, brand blue prints and key product attributes” to develop new and emerging brands.

Fallon officials declined to comment on the new unit.

Fallon Brand Consulting is the first of several expected independent divisions of Fallon Worldwide.
