Providence, R.I.-based independent agency Nail Communications has hired Sherif Fahmy as a brand manager. He had previously been with crosstown agency J. Winsper & Co. At Nail, Fahmy, 21, will oversee various accounts such as Kayem Foods and King Arthur Flour. He will also coordinate publicity for the agency itself.
