A little-known Oregon agency has caught the eye of a former Saatchi & Saatchi adman, who has agreed to acquire it.
Peter Levitan has joined RalstonGroup in Bend, Ore., as president and managing partner. He takes over for agency founder Jennifer Blair, 55, who retired but continues to work on special projects and remains on the board of directors.
Levitan, 51, said he purchased a 60 percent stake in the full-service agency for an undisclosed sum.
