NEW YORK Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners yesterday reached a settlement with former managing director Nigel Carr, who was suing the shop following his ouster in 2004, the agency confirmed.

Carr was fired from his post as managing director of KB+P West in January 2004. The network sold a 60 percent stake to MDC Partners in February. A trial was set to begin this week.

Carr said in a statement prepared Tuesday by KB+P’s legal team that he greatly enjoyed his 13 years working with Jon Bond and Richard Kirshenbaum.
