DALLAS Schlotzsky’s sandwich chain has named Greg Regian, former CEO and president of Regian & Wilson Advertising, chief marketing officer, the company said.

Emerging from bankruptcy in 2004, the Austin, Texas-based restaurant chain is in the midst of a national ad campaign created by Dallas independent agency The Ward Group. The campaign includes a 15-second and two 30-second TV commercials, the client said.

For 26 years, Regian headed an advertising and public relations shop that grew to annual billings of $30 million in 1998, when it was sold to Grey Global Group.
