Federal prosecutors have alleged that a print salesman indicted in the bid-rigging scheme that existed at Grey Global Group in New York also gave kickbacks to a former executive at the agency once known as Messner Vetere.
The new alleged scam was revealed at the sentencing of James Rattoballi of Print Technical Group in New York, who received one year of home confinement, five years’ probation and $155,000 in fines and restitution on Feb. 10 for his role in the Grey scandal.
