BOSTON Direct marketing company Epsilon has teamed with software company Britemoon to support development and implementation of its multi-channel marketing programs.

The partnership will allow Wakefield, Mass.-based Epsilon’s clients to access Britemoon 4.0 software from their desktops to develop, automate, manage and track interactive marketing campaigns. It can be integrated with Epsilon’s Open DB tool, which allows for automated data integration for real-time updates and e-mail response, the company said.

“This allows our clients to get their feet wet in the e-mail marketing environment without making huge investments in software,” said Epsilon senior vice president of business development Michael Lavoie.
