Three Ohio agencies are hoping to get lucky with the state lottery.
Ohio Lottery’s nearly $17 million account is in review, but marketing director Bill Snow declined comment until the process is completed in mid-November.
Finalists are incumbent Marcus Advertising, Cleveland, which has had the account since 1974; Fahlgren, Cincinnati; and Stern Advertising, also in Cleveland, according to sources. At least two other agencies dropped out of the review: Yaffe & Co., Southfield, Mich., and HMS Partners, Columbus, Ohio.
