In an effort to position the brand a cut above all other trucks on the road, GMC this week breaks a campaign that stresses its “professional grade” technology.

Television spots from Lowe Lintas & Partners, New York, feature GMC engineers and the new tagline, “GMC. We are professional grade.” The first two 30-second spots break during the Olympics. Print and outdoors follows in mid-October, and four more TV spots are planned to break over the next six months, said Mark-Hans Richer, GMC advertising director.
