ATLANTA Eisner Communications said it has shuffled its management as part of a new five-year plan to make the Baltimore shop one of the largest independent agencies in the nation.

As part of the changes, Steve Etzine, executive creative director at the shop for the past five years, has left. “We agreed to part company,” said Steve Eisner, president and CEO of the agency.

Co-executive creative directors Mark Rosica and Craig Strydom have replaced Etzine. Both previously were creative directors on the Maryland Lottery, Nature Conservancy and National Aquarium in Baltimore accounts.
