Eisner Communications has appointed Shelley Gentile vice president and associate creative director of direct marketing. Gentile joins the Baltimore agency from Wygant, Davies, Gentile Direct in Ellicott City, Md., where she was executive creative director. The shop has also installed Marin Van Young as a copywriter. Van Young previously was an editor at Ulysses Press in Berkeley, Calif. Diane Magid and Annie Williams have joined as art director and assistant art director and designer, respectively.
