Breaks ‘Stooges,’ 2 More Topper TV ‘Episodes’ for State Lottery
ATLANTA–Eisner & Associates has released three new “episodes” of its faux television program, Dare to Win With Bob Topper, in support of its Maryland Lottery client’s instant-win games.
Bob Topper is a fictional character, played by actor Jim Gaffigan, who uses humor to introduce the ever-changing list of games from the state lottery.
“The use of Bob Topper is designed to immediately alert the viewer of the newest scratch game available, and to explain the fun of playing the featured ticket,” said Michael Rowland, senior vice president and management supervisor at the Baltimore agency.
This latest flight of three television spots is scheduled to air over the next two months on stations throughout the state.
One of the new spots, titled “Stooges,” stumps for a Maryland Lottery game called “Nyuk Nyuk Nyuk” and plays off the popular slapstick comedy trio, the Three Stooges.
