EdenCare Senior Living Services has retained the Titan Network to market its Alzheimer's care program

The Atlanta shop's newly formed advertising arm will produce a newspaper and radio campaign this fall. Titan will also handle public relations.

Media spending is estimated at $1.5 million.

"We are going to position EdenCare as one of the leaders in the assisted-living category," said Scott Marticke, managing director of Titan Advertising.

The privately held Alpharetta, Ga.-based company promotes "quality individualized care for its residents," with an emphasis on "mind, body and spirit management." Facilities are located in Georgia, the Carolinas, Alabama, Florida, Texas and Kentucky.

Titan was formed last winter by public relations executives Tony DeMartino (former CEO at WPP's Cohn & Wolfe in Atlanta), Matt Coleman and Michael Gavenchak. Its network of affiliates provides clients with media, creative and other services.

"We consider ourselves creative neutral," said Marticke. "Once we understand a client's philosophy and direction, we match them with the right creatives."

Titan is funded by investment consultant D. Carl Long of Monte Carlo and Tim Roche, ex-chief financial officer at BrightLane.com.
