As part of an effort to attract larger brands, dweck! has named Chad Kawalec to the new position of director of client services, ending a year-long search.
Kawalec, 37, was previously partner, global account director at Young & Rubicam in New York.
At dweck! in New York, where Kawalec began late last month, he will oversee day-to-day client activities and help obtain new business. He will also liaison with clients to help them better utilize the shop’s services.
