CLEVELAND – Sherwin-Williams Dutch Boy Paints division is said to have narrowed its review for the $4-5 million account to at least four agencies. Sources say that incumbent Griswold, Cleveland; Liggett-Stashower, Cleveland; J. Walter Thompson/Detroit; and N.y.-based Scali, McCabe, Sloves are vying for the business, possibly with some others. A decision is expected in October.
