BOSTON Independent agency Kelliher Samets Volk said it has been hired to provide public relations and communications services to Allied-Domecq’s Dunkin’ Donuts.

The work had previously been unassigned and consists mainly of building awareness for the brand in Vermont, New Hampshire and Northeastern New York, KSV said. Dunkin’ Donuts has about 65 restaurants in these areas.

The budget was not disclosed but is likely in the low-six figures.

“We’re incredibly excited about the opportunity to work with Dunkin’ Donuts, a strong brand that it is already the part of so many people’s daily rituals,” said Claudia Renchy Morton, director of PR at KSV.
