CHICAGO DraftWorldwide Chicago has restructured its direct and promotional creative departments into one entity.

The shop also promoted executive creative director Lor Gold to chief creative officer and executive creative director of direct marketing Kathy Bucaro-Zobens to executive creative director of the agency, DraftWorldwide officials said.

For the past six months the agency has taken steps to make the creative department more consistent and efficient and the latest move will "deliver a superior and more cohesive product to our clients," said Yvonne Furth, DraftWorldwide's Chicago president and chief executive officer, in a statement.
