IPG’s Draft in Chicago has been tapped to introduce a regional campaign for Barq’s Floatz, a line extension of the Coca-Cola Co.’s root-beer brand, the client said. Tagged “Sweet interruption,” a coupon and sampling effort will begin this week in Louisiana and Mississippi. The soft drink adds an ice-cream-float flavor to Barq’s root-beer taste.
