ATLANTA David Bonner has left his job as senior partner and creative director at JWT to join Doe-Anderson as senior vice president and chief creative officer.

Bonner, 39, supervises the independent Louisville, Ky., shop's 30-person creative department and is responsible for all creative work. He will report to the shop's president, David Wilkins.

Bonner had been with WPP Group's JWT in Chicago for the past two years. Previously, he worked in the Toronto offices of Gee Jeffrey & Partners and BBDO. He has worked on accounts for Apple, Bayer, Campbell's Soup, Kraft, Oscar Mayer, Pepsi, Radio Shack and Wrigley's.

He replaces Jim White, who left abruptly in March after five years as the shop's chief creative officer. White has said he plans to start his own shop in Louisville.

Bonner also is a former federal agent for the NCIS and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy.
