D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles is building management triumvirates of account directors, creative directors and account planners to oversee the agency’s global brands. The move is an elevation in status for the latter two groups of executives, which did not have worldwide responsibility. Creatives may also enjoy greater notice for their efforts.
The first two groups will launch Procter & Gamble’s Charmin in five countries and help shape Philips brands both here and abroad.
The Charmin team includes executive group creative director Sherry Nemmers and worldwide account director Ira Schwartz, both based in New York.
