DMB&B picks up more Qantas business

DMB&B/Weekes Morris Osborn, which has handled Qantas' international advertising since 1991, has been awarded the domestic Australian Airlines portion of the business, consolidating the entire account at the agency. Billings are estimated at $7 million.

Incumbent was Robert Towers Advertising/N.Y . . . .The International Wool Secretariat, as expected (ADWEEK, May 3), last week named Merkley Newman Harty, the new Omnicom Group shop, agency of record for U.S. creative . . . Lea Boyar is joining Grybauskas Beatrice/New York, as vp/management supervisor for Heublein brands. Most recently, she held the same title at Wells, Rich, Greene/New York.
