BOSTON Relationship marketing shop Digitas has leased 200,000 square feet in downtown Boston office tower 33 Arch St., the agency said. Digitas’ current lease at the Prudential Tower here expires in late 2005.

Digitas signed a 12-year lease at 33 Arch and probably paid about $35 per square foot for the space, based on current downtown rental rates. The company will fully occupy the eighth floor as well as floors 12-19.

Independently owned Digitas this month added a major national assignment from Pfizer’s Viagra, and also works for clients such as American Express, America Online, AT&T, Delta Air Lines and General Motors.
