NEW YORK Digitas said Dani Nadel would move from its agency to sibling Modem Media, where she will replace David Lynch as executive vice president and managing director of the Norwalk, Conn., office.
Nadel, 39, has been with Boston-based Digitas since 1990, most recently working in its New York office as senior vice president of marketing, in charge of the agency's AOL relationship. She has worked in Digitas' New York and Boston offices on client accounts such as AT&T, IBM and American Express. Prior to Digitas, Nadel worked for two years at WPP Group's Young & Rubicam.
Digitas said Lynch, a 10-year Modem Media veteran, has resigned from the agency in order to pursue other opportunities. He plans to work with Nadel through a transition period, a company representative said.
In her new role, Nadel will report to Martin Reidy, Modem Media's president, and oversee the development of multi-channel marketing programs. Her appointment is effective April 4.
